A postal mandate was sent to his attention there in late October, 2010 and when I left a voicemail message for him for a mini candle lantern Bruce David Thorpe ordered for me to replace the rare and valuable Swiss Army candle lantern he broke here stupidly, Steve just sent an email saying "we never got the money" and did NO follwup-up -- Bruce needlessly, having been told it was fragile and irreplaceable, broke my rare candle lantern, so necessary, yet he had to try to dust it off (I hadn't told him to) and said 'It just slipped out of my hands!" -- well, he broke it -- I heard a crash in the next room DAILY from him, almost, and he threw out or lost a lot of things, ruined the works in my apartment, lost the keys twice (had to have the locks changed at 590 euros), ruined the plumbing (more than 1800 euros) -- "I saw a drip," he said, so he squeezed the c. 1967 bathtub taps so tightly day after day, crushing the washers and stripping the threads without telling us ANYTHING WAS WRONG), that they had to be replaced, but that size and type is no longer the norm and it took 8 visits to Leroy Merlin to do it, and I kept finding our things in his luggage and a LOT of stuff has turned up missing . . . well, you get the idea.
